Featured at FABTECH 2005 in Chicago, the Danobat P1631 CNC turret punch offers the latest in technology at an affordable cost. The Danobat P1631 machine offers the following features:

Recently, Danobat, JETCAM International, and NestONE teamed up to provide a solution for longtime JETCAM customer, CNC Metal Fabrications in Ontario. JETCAM and Danobat worked together to build a new post-processor for the machine and installed the system in early December 2005.

The Danobat machine offers several advantages when teamed with a JETCAM solution, especially JETCAM packaged with the High-Performance Nester. The Danobat machine is able to process entire sheets without repositioning, which allows customers to utilize “Nesting Around the Clamps” feature built into JETCAM’s auto shape nesters. The above illustration shows a layout to be punched on a Danobat P1631. Note the nesting around the clamp positions for greater utilization, yet with high part quality due to no reposition required.
